• Messaggi della chat con Lara: il contenuto delle conversazioni che invii (es. richieste di volo, destinazioni, preferenze) e le relative risposte.
• Dati tecnici minimi: data e ora del messaggio e Paese di provenienza approssimativo della connessione. Non registriamo l'indirizzo IP completo.
• Memoria tecnica del browser: la lingua scelta e il consenso ai cookie (vedi Cookie Policy).

Non chiediamo dati di pagamento tramite il sito. Se ci contatti via WhatsApp o telefono, valgono anche le condizioni di quei servizi.

3. Perché trattiamo i dati

• Rispondere alle tue richieste e fornirti assistenza concierge (esecuzione di misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta).
• Migliorare la qualità del servizio e dell'assistente Lara (nostro legittimo interesse).
• Sicurezza e prevenzione abusi.

4. Come funziona la chat (fornitori)

Per generare le risposte, i messaggi vengono elaborati da un fornitore di intelligenza artificiale (Together AI) che agisce come responsabile del trattamento, e transitano dai server di Skyfly su infrastruttura Cloudflare. I dati possono essere trattati anche fuori dall'UE con adeguate garanzie.

5. Conservazione

Le conversazioni sono conservate per il tempo necessario alla gestione delle richieste e al miglioramento del servizio, e comunque in numero limitato (le più recenti). Vengono cancellate o anonimizzate quando non più necessarie.

6. A chi sono accessibili

Le conversazioni sono accessibili solo allo staff autorizzato di Skyfly tramite un'area protetta da password. Non vendiamo né cediamo i tuoi dati a terzi per finalità di marketing.

7. I tuoi diritti

Hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione e portabilità dei dati, oltre al diritto di reclamo all'autorità competente. Per esercitarli scrivici ai contatti sopra indicati.

2. Data we process

• Chat messages with Lara: the content of the conversations you send (e.g. flight requests, destinations, preferences) and the related replies.
• Minimal technical data: date and time of the message and the approximate country of the connection. We do not store the full IP address.
• Browser technical storage: your chosen language and cookie consent (see Cookie Policy).

We do not request payment data through the site. If you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, those services' terms also apply.

3. Why we process data

• To answer your requests and provide concierge assistance (pre-contractual measures at your request).
• To improve the service and the Lara assistant (our legitimate interest).
• Security and abuse prevention.

4. How the chat works (providers)

To generate replies, messages are processed by an AI provider (Together AI) acting as a processor, passing through Skyfly's servers on Cloudflare infrastructure. Data may also be processed outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle requests and improve the service, and in any case in limited number (the most recent). They are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

6. Who can access them

Conversations are accessible only to authorised Skyfly staff via a password-protected area. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority. To exercise them, contact us at the details above.
